Refund Policy

Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, pre-orders may be cancelled for store credit only.

To cancel a pre-order, email us at corporate@ambertrail.co with your order number and we will process your request within 2 business days.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, contact us at corporate@ambertrail.co with photos and we will send a replacement at no charge.

Refund Process
