Pre-Order Shipping

The Amber Trail Backpack is currently available for pre-order only. Pre-orders are expected to ship within 8-12 weeks from the date of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship within the United States only.

• Orders under $50: $8.99
• Orders $50 and over: Free

Standard shipping arrives within 5-7 business days after the order ships.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking once shipped.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, please contact us at corporate@ambertrail.co within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

International Shipping
